As Mayor of Vancouver, I will lobby the John Horgan’s provincial government for stronger funding that allows for smaller scale classes at both the elementary and secondary level thus improving learning opportunities for students.
Further, I will lobby the government to restore local bargaining allowing the Vancouver School Board to negotiate directly with the teachers’ unions.
It's time for a Vancouver we can afford!
